Tenique Designs Stay HAUTE on the Runway

Three years strong and they've done no wrong on the HAUTE runways. we are so pleased Designer Nicolette Satchel has decided to grace the runway of Haute Accessories Week with her ever improving brand.

Tenique is like HAUTE's baby, since being featured on the runway at their inception.

About Tenique Designs:

"Tenique Designs is no stranger to the fashion industry in Tampa, as they have participated in various fashion shows including Haute Accessories Week 2013 and 2014 and Freeze The Runway 2013.

Tenique Designs is geared toward individuals who are classy, sophisticated and most importantly unique. Most of their accessories are designed for everyday wearing, but at the same time can be used to accentuate an outfit for any occasion.  Each piece has a unique design and therefore no two pieces are identical. The idea is for each person to feel unique without the concern of seeing someone else in their accessory.

All accessories are designed and handmade by Designer Nicolette Satchell.

Accessories designed by Tenique Designs can be purchased from the fashion shows that Tenique Designs is a part of, as well as from the Tenique Designs website.  One important feature about shopping with Tenique Designs is you can order customized pieces for any occasion. However, their clients are able to order specific jewelry sets to match their outfits for any occasion.  Tenique Designs is continuously seeking new ways for women (and now men) to uniquely express themselves through their accessories.

Wendy Foreman Designs Debuts at HAUTE Accessories Week 2015

Wendy L. Foreman

Wendy Foreman was born and raised in Manchester, Ct. In high school she discovered her passion and talent for metalsmithing. Encouraged by her metalsmithing teacher, she fabricated and entered a wine goblet in a scholastics contest, winning third place. She followed her passion by studying metalsmithing and jewelry design/fabrication at North Bennet Street Industrial School in Boston, MA. A few years later she moved to central Florida and over 25 years had been associated with several high end retail jewelers, designing and custom making jewelry.
Wendy has won many awards, including first place from the Florida Jewelers Association, for her design of an 18K multicolored gold necklace set with precious stones and in 2009 she won finalist from the prestigious Saul Bell design contest for her 18 karat rose gold with black and white diamonds necklace. She is a master jeweler and has received certification as an advanced stone setter through the Gemological Institute of America.
She continues to learn new techniques from nationally known Metalsmiths and designers. She has also taught intermediate and advanced jewelry making classes at the Manatee Art Center.  She is currently designing and creating her own unique line of jewelry that she sells at fine art shows throughout Florida. Several retailers also carry her jewelry. She is a member of various organizations including The Florida Society of Goldsmiths and The Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce in which she held the position of chair in 2013 and is a graduate of their Leadership class X.

Artist Statement

"Creating jewelry allows my creative juices to flow, which results in new and inventive expressions of my inner feelings and moods. My designs are unique, fresh, timeless and functional, combining crisp, clean lines that are both traditional and contemporary in nature. Often, I incorporate black onyx in my jewelry to give it a classic look.  I enjoy the feel of metal in my hands, and its ability to be molded into an expression of my creativity."
